away. Should it be necessary that our technician
can visit your premises, times are guaranteed as
documented in each agreement depending on location
of premises. The peace of mind guarantee allows
your own personnel to concentrate on their own daily
activities rather than wasting time in resolving
IT problems.
Telephone Support
Telephone support is provided by skilled technicians
who have a detailed understanding of your company
IT systems through our documented reports.
Onsite Support
Support can be provided onsite at a short notice.
Our technicians will work onsite with your dedicated
support personnel to resolve any IT problems,
whilst highlighting techniques and future activities.
For companies that require system upgrades as
a part an initial recommendation, ACME may include
additional recommended costs for implementation
and set up of required hardware and software.
These costs will be highlighted in the recommendations
made by our technicians after onsite discussions.
Remote Support
Our Remote Support Service (RSS) provides invaluable
benefits to our clients. Within minutes of contacting
ACME, our qualified engineers are able to log
on to your PC remotely and resolve any issues
quickly and efficiently. Over 96% of all issues
can be resolved remotely. If any issues cannot
be resolved, our engineer will visit your site
to take care of it.
